Over the last 18 months, I have had a fantastic experience working with Home Instead offices across the UK and helping them to grow online.

What I love about working with Home Instead is that although everyone is part of this huge brand with the same goals, each office has a unique personality, its own reason to be doing this and it’s celebrating their individuality that I love the most, oh, and helping them to grow their business too.

I am Alix, founder and director of Zero Three Digital. I have had an incredible journey to get to where I am today. 

From working for a global brand as a marketing manager & freelancing to now having a team of 5 to support and grow the business, so much has changed in such a short space of time.

I have learned so much and  I will be forever grateful for those who gave me the chance in the beginning and have stood by me since day one.

Google launched Google My Business (GMB) to assist business owners. It allows you to keep track of how your business appears in Google Maps searches.

For example, when you search for “plumber near me,” the first few results that appear on Google and display their vicinity on a map are plumbers who have completed their GMB.

It’s a place where users can discover important contact information for your company, locate your location if you have one, and write online reviews. It is the best tool for local SEO.

When compared to other local SEO tools, Google My Business is by far the most important facet of local online success, making it a vital component of SEO.

A well-optimized Google My Business page will help you appear in both Google Search and Maps results, enhancing your online presence.

From the Business Dashboard, Google My Business will also show you how well your leads are doing. It counts the number of phone calls, photo views, and website visits produced by your profile.

Several additional Google Products may be used in conjunction with your GMB profile to obtain deeper insights into your success. Google analytics and Google Search Console may be linked to track statistics, inquiries, and more.

Why are we charging that when other agencies might bolt it on as a service for social media?

We use specialist SEO techniques and strategies to boost your Google My Business profile and grow in other areas. This method is far superior to posting on a social media scheduling tool as those types of tools scrub out important information from the post. 

We recommend that all businesses have a GMB and SEO services (including Local SEO). So if you don’t currently have those covered, then we recommend that you sign up for a package that includes those services. Other services that could be useful to new businesses are:

  • Content Creation
  • Content Optimisation

No. Your advertising budget is your own, we only charge you for the posting and managing of the ads so you will have to cover any additional costs for PPC budgets.

If you don’t already have a bespoke marketing plan, we recommend getting one started with Zero Three. We also recommend setting up GMB management services and local SEO to help you branch out into new areas.

We utilise a number of tools for tracking and monitoring all of the data that your online presence produces. We use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to measure traffic and activity while we use other premium tools to measure metrics like Domain Rating, Organic keywords and backlinks.

Some of our other premium tools allow us to measure local ranking and produce geogrids to show you just how your site is doing in any given area for any given keyword.

As part of a premium service we can add reporting onto any subscription. We generate a dashboard that can be sent to you regularly (monthly/bi monthly) here you can monitor any growth you have achieved over the assessment period. 


Reporting comes as standard for some qualifying subscriptions.

Payments must be set up as a standing order, direct debit or subscription to ensure all payments are made on time. 


Failure to make a payment will result in termination of all services.

You can cancel your contract at any time. All you have to do is make sure your payments are up to date and let us know you’d like to cancel your services and we’ll do the rest.

Cancellations must be made in advance of the next upcoming payment. You will be charged to the end of the month and then all services will stop proceeding your next payment.
